Recurring pain. Restricted movement. Stalled progress.

Pain can disrupt your training, set back your progress or put an event you’ve worked towards in doubt. You may have been told to strengthen your glutes or hip flexors, yet the same discomfort keeps returning. We assess how your body organises movement and handles force, where it compensates and which movement options are available.

Your assessment

Movement, force and power. In one session.

Movement assessment at DVOTION Labs

Biomechanical Analysis

Understand how your body organises movement, where compensations occur and how to work towards restoring more relative movement.

Jump testing on Hawkin Dynamics force plates

Force & Power Output Testing

Analyse how you decelerate and absorb force, then accelerate and produce force. Selected tests, including a countermovement jump (CMJ) and mid-thigh pull, show how your current strategy affects performance.
